This November marks the beginning of a new challenge for us as we take our collaborative practice out of its two-person band and open our home/studio to durational dialogues exploring ideas of domesticity and spatial constructs.Square Works Laboratory (SqW:Lab) is a 3 month fellowship programme in Mumbai for 10 creatives to come together, play, work site responsively, showcase their process in the form of drawings, doodles and notes, and be inspired by each other and find innovative legacy projects.

This open studio is the culmination of our first 10 day workshop where 10 of us have come togther in Mumbai, looked at its architecture and urbanism, had conversations about domesticity, the domestic space and spatial narratives. Recording our immidiate responce to the city and each other, this open studio marks the beginning of our collaborations over the next three months. This year we, Charlie Levine, Tash Kahn, Rosanna Van Mierlo, Katsushi Goto and I collaborate with Sameer Kulavoor, Gustavo Salvadori Ferro, John Ros, Thomas Tsang, Sutapa Biswas.
